Cindy T'Souvas

Office Manager

Cindy was raised here in the Central Valley. She worked in both marketing and executive management within the tourism industry for over 20 years, before joining the staff at Lighthouse of the Valley.

Cindy has traveled to five different countries and fifteen different states. It was during a trip to London, England that she had a transforming experience that renewed her commitment toward the Lord. Once she returned to Stockton, her first assignment was to be the Event Liaison for the City of Stockton and Promise Keepers. It was the first time this event came to Stockton and over 30,000 men gathered at the University of the Pacific stadium to exalt our Lord Jesus Christ.

Cindy has been a member of Lighthouse since 1998, she has helped in the children’s department, served as event planner for various retreats, and is currently the marketing director for the church. Within her role as Office Manager, she works closely alongside the Delgados and assists with the business operations of the church.

Cindy is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Management Program. She also is an alumna of both Leadership Stockton and Leadership Modesto.

One of Cindy’s favorite pastimes is enjoying a good cup of coffee with family and friends.
